These little felt shapes have been delighting children since Fuzzy Felt was first launched in 1950, bring back happy memories to all who played with them.

This Glitter Princess set combines bright new colours with many of the original shapes and is a tribute to Lois Allan who conceived the idea. Lois was a talented designer and whilst making tank gaskets in garden sheds to help the 'war effort' she discovered the entertainment value in using the felt off cuts with the baize back of a table mat. Soon the children were creating many different pictures and so the idea of Fuzzy Felt was born.

In playing with Fuzzy Felt children are using thier powers of selection and developing eye hand co-ordination, they are also learning colours, counting, sorting, shape recognition and storytelling.

This Glitter Princess set includes special glitter pieces, many dressing up pieces as well as standard shapes. Create exciting pictures by following the examples provided or young children can use their imagination to create something completely different.
