In the film James Bond had yet another pair of villains attempting to take over the world. It was up to discover the connection between Zao, a North Korean terrorist and Gustav Graves, a billionaire diamond broker whose looks were deceiving. Hot on the trail of the two villains Bond travelled to Iceland where he experienced at first hand the power of the Icarus satellite weapon.
