
We have tried to put our terms & conditions in the easiest possible way for our customers to understand. We don’t want our terms & conditions to sound like complex mathematical algorithms which seldom people have time and interest to solve.
- Goods Description: We strive to provide best possible information in terms of description & image about the products listed. Even though we take due care in this process, sometimes there may be a slight discrepancy. In such a case we request you to inform our team and amendment would be done immediately.
- Order Process: Once you place an order with us, we would send you a mail confirming your order details. Incase there is any change in the details, we request you to get in touch immediately as we would be processing your order based on the details mentioned in that mail.
- Delivery: Orders are generally processed within 24 hrs (next working day). Expedited orders are normally processed on the same day (working day) itself. There may be additional charge for expedited service.
Depending on the item’s value and weight our team decides & sends it by the best possible courier services. Courier services would deliver on the same address mentioned unless instructions given to us beforehand. Some couriers may need signature as well.
Normally courier services try to deliver thrice incase of you not being available in earlier attempts. After this the item is sent back to us. In such a situation, if you want us to resend the item additional charge may be implied.
- Returns Policy: We have explained the same in detail in our Returns section. Please go through the same.
- Warranty & limitation of our liability: If we fail to comply with these terms and conditions, we shall only be liable to you for the purchase price of the goods.
All purchases come with one year warranty from the date of purchase. Few items come with manufacturer’s warranty which supersedes our warranty. In case of issue with these items our customer care would guide you on the same.
- Events outside our control: We will not be liable or responsible for delay or failure to perform that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (a force Majeure Event). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes (without limitation) the following:
- Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
- Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
- Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
- Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; or
- The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations to you may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
- Complaints: We take all feedback very seriously and try to deal with complaint as quickly as possible.
Our complaint handling team takes unbiased approach and investigates the whole situation. The timescale may vary depending on the situation but once the investigation is completed, the resolution would be done immediately.
