
We have kept our returns policy fairly simple to ease our customers:
- Order cancellation before item dispatch: Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hrs. Expedited orders placed before 3:00pm are generally dispatched the very same day. Incase you cancel order and the item is not dispatched from our side, we would process a full refund.
- Order cancellation after item dispatch: If order is cancelled after the item is shipped but not received by you. In this case full refund would be processed only after we receive the item back.
- Item received & then returned: Incase you have received the item and you don’t want the item. Then you would have to bear the cost of returning the goods to us and we would refund the balance amount (after deducting postage incurred by us in sending) after we receive the item. This return is only possible it the item is sent back within 30 days of receiving the item and is in original packing.
- Item received but defective: In an unlikely event of you receiving a damaged or faulty item. We will examine the returned goods and send you a replacement. Incase you want a refund to be processed instead; our team would coordinate and notify you accordingly.
- Wrong item received: Even though we strive hard do minimize such mistakes. If this happens, we would send you the right item immediately and request you to send the wrong item to us.
If a refund is payable to you, we will use the same method used by you to pay for your order.
